Mr. Douglas Thaler has been admitted to the practice of law for 40 years as of 2025 having graduated from American University, Washington College of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is an accomplished commercial litigation attorney and has extensive experience in Landlord Tenant matters; complex commercial litigation; general liability and corporate disputes, Appellate Practice; foreclosure litigation; and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.
