The firm’s principal, and managing shareholder, Andrew Presberg, Esq., has been a practicing commercial and industrial real estate and business transaction attorney since 1980. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and received his ”cum laude” law degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, as well as to the United States Districts Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Presberg handles primarily business transactional and complex commercial and industrial real estate matters for the firm. One of Mr. Presberg’s unique specialties is his handling of the receipt of economic development incentives and tax abatements for the firm’s clients through the various Industrial Developments Agencies (“IDA’s”) throughout Long Idland and New York City.

Andrew Presberg serves as a director and executive board member of the not-for-profit Long Island Business Development Council, the President and a director of a local development corporation known as Bi-County Development Corp. of Long Island, a member of the New York State Economic Development Council, a former chairman of the Real Property Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association, and Member of the NYS and American Bar Associations. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Long Island MacArther Airport. 


Andrew Presberg has repeatedly received the highest rating of AV-Preeminent® in the Martindale Hubbell® peer review and Bar Directory. He has been the recipient of numerous professional honors, recognitions, and citations from local government officials, business organizations and publications for his legal work in the economic development community, and has been a guest speaker and lecturer for various local agencies, including Industrial Development Agencies ("IDA's") throughout Long Island.
